Fundamentally, Sticky Notes is a product designed to encourage a more interesting discourse in footnote application. The package contains an exercise book with various excerpts from different novels. The goal of the user is to read a passage, and apply a “sticky note” (a.k.a. a glyph sticker) to the footnotes in the passage. This is not only an exercise in empathizing with the content of a reading, but an invitation to play with expectations of what a book should look like.
